This is Alex from PCWinSoft with complementary instructions:
1. Make sure to run the Activate.exe, before you start ScreenCamera, and it will be registered.
2. To increase the frame-rate just go to the 'Configuration Dialog' and on the 'Screen Tab', select the frame rate you wish to use on the drop down list. ScerenCamera supports up to 30 fps.
3. The infinite effect will only show if ScreenCamera is set to capture transparent windows in which case it will capture itself. Open the 'Configuration dialog' ₢, unmark the 'Capture transparent windows' checkbox. Note that for Vista and Windows 7 Aero theme it is not possible to disable the capture of transparent windows.

What do you mean by Flash video? If you mean you want to use ScreenCamera as a source for recording or broadcasting by Flash media encoder or other flash video tool, then yes, it will work. If not please provide more details and I will answer you properly.
