I wouldn't worry too much about this being labeled as spyware. One of the main functions of spyware is to do just what this program does: Keep track of what you do and send a log of it to someone.

Since you're the one who installed it, and it's keeping logs for you, then it isn't spyware, and can be considered a false positive.

Unless it's also secretly sending those logs elsewhere...(cue ominous music)

The Good

* Logs key stroke, clipboard activity, application usage, and visited URLs (IE only).
* Can take screenshot automatically at a designated interval.
* You can password protect the program.
* You can automate reports to be sent to various different locations.
* You can password protect your reports before you send them.
* You can password protect the program.
* You have the ability to warn people that their activity is being monitored.
* All logged activity is encrypted until you view it.

The Bad
* Not very accurate.
* Constantly tries to add itself to start up programs list =/ (thank you WinPatrol for protecting me =D!)
* Screenshots are not/cannot be compressed.
* Logs visited URL in IE only.
* No way to exit program bar Alt + Ctrl +Del.
* You can only uninstall UK (Ultimate Keylogger) via UK/UK Folder.

Free Alternatives
Eh...fine: Free KGB Key Logger.

Verdict
Thumbs down all the way. Not only is it not very accurate (missing out on keystrokes and application launches left and right), but the fact that you must close it via brute force, it keeps trying to add itself to start up programs list and you can only uninstall it via itself really makes me puke at this program. Come on - are you trying to be a legit key logger or spyware? Free KGB Key Logger, while not as feature filled, is much better (only use key loggers responsibly!).

Not worth downloading. While installing, norton detected and removed it's spyware. I disabled norton auto protect, installed the software and enabled, and it still detected. Tried it on my other computers and it gave the same result. My other two computers use AVG and Mcafee. Ad aware seems to detect nothing. Anyone tested with Avira? Anyways, thumbs down for this software.
