Judging from the "A monitor program has been found running in your system" message I got when I tried running this program, it appears to be employing the Themida copy protection system, which works by installing a rootkit (i.e. it actually hacks your operating system).
I would strongly recommend not installing this.

This is very interesting software, too many features for me to test briefly, but I did read through the Help and look around. The last time this was offered, people complained that it didn't do enough, but this version has lots of useful features, including the things that people said were missing last time.
#2, Jim Stone, for me, this was an upgrade to the earlier version, but I checked its install, and it's certainly not "hacking your OS" or installing a rootkit.
The unit conversion has errors, but you can always use Google or WolframAlpha, and WolframAlpha has extensive nutritional tables if the already impressive included ones aren't enough.
I'm not BladedThoth, there's no way for me to review this briefly, but I'm impressed that you can do all sorts of stuff with it, from the usual PIM functions, to recording notes with images and audio, to tracking your diet, exercise, weather, how you feel, pain levels, and on and on.
Sticky Password automatically fills in and submits the database password for me.

Hello,
Thank you for your questions.
There is export to .RTF and possibly in the future we'll have export to DOC and PDF. SDS is user-driven, so if there's demand for a certain feature, it'll appear in the program.
There's automatic backup configured via Options.
The program's interface is English only, but you can have your entries in any language.
Sorry, not sure about the registration code - GAOTD manage that. Did it give any error when you entered the code?

Just installed this to help track my daughters disability, medications and other important info for her doctors. I think that several things need to be added, most importantly a headache log that includes, time, duration, intensity, meds taken, Aura etc. Millions of people track their migraines and other types of headaches. This would be very useful. Also other trackers like ovulation etc would be terrific. It gets far too muddled on the basic calendar provided.
Even the ability to create custom trackers would be great.
Overall I like this program. Just keeping the myriad of meds organized is a big plus for me.
Thanks GOTD :)

As the software developer, Themida isn't going to look like a problem for you. For the average person, Themida isn't going to look like a problem for them initially either. However, for the vast majority of people that understand Themida has been and will continue to be utilized as a cloak mechanic for a lot of malware, it is a problem. Rootkits are invasive and typically hard to remove.
Your product looks solid, and I'd even say buy worthy, but the Themida portion is a major turn off. Despite the quality work you've done, I can't even recommend the software because of it. You place the responsibility for any problems with your software on the user because they chose to use a program that is frequently used to bypass user safeguards and infect PCs. If I recommended this product, I'd be the one assuming that responsibility, and I simply won't do that with a product that intentionally places an item that can either carry something malicious behind it, or will cause a portion of largely used AV software to go off.
If and when you are willing to reconsider the rootkit, please come back and let us know as you'd find a lot more willing participants. Software, like most other products, spreads best by word of mouth.
