Looking at that Skype UI in the screenshots of this program really shows how both, the program and the concept of it are outdated.

the program has a try feature so you can try before activation but if TRY is pressed it says the program has expired!!!

installed the program on two different computers, activated the program, runs until you try to record , press record and the program crashes on both computers.

This might have been groundbreaking and unique 10 years ago, but in 2017 it's just old fashioned and tacky. Cam effects have moved on so far that this program is a little embarrassing in it's capabilities.

Webcam effects appear to be low resolution only. Click the provided link to view a sample of the effects and select the Youtube option in the lower right corner of the sample video. All of the samples I saw were limited to 240p resolution! This is years out of date. Most video chat programs allow much higher, clearer resolution, so why would you "dumb down" the picture quality of your video chat for these gimmicky effects? If you want such effects from a quality software brand, try the free version of Cyberlink Youcam. The Youcam software offers several of these effects at 360x240 res., plus it handles all the higher resolutions that your webcam offers.
